IVAN,

Spoken like a true person. Thanks for classing up the thread.

Shorts can admit when they are wrong as well. EGGS and a few of my AVNT trades come to mind. No one is right all the time, but it amazes me when folks just can't admint they are wrong when the writings on the wall and the author has kicked their butt.

Unless they are paid shills.....and nothing pisses me off more than a shill.

Dr.S

IVAN1, thanks for the kind words ... IMO everyone should consider both sides, evaluate all new information and keep an open mind. IMHO, TAVA is building a great Y2K consulting business AND the stock is way overpriced.

BTW, I closed all of my TAVA position today. My reasoning is simple:
1) If TAVA misses or just meets their numbers, the price will probably only fall to $4 or so. Many investors will stick with TAVA for one more quarter.
2) If TAVA beats their numbers this quarter, then the stock will probably rally and I'll re-enter my short position. They should beat the estimates easily; next quarter should be the disaster!
3) The drop from 11 3/8 (on June 26th "Its TAVA time") to 6 7/8 today has provided sufficient return for my efforts<g>.
4) This is NOT a ZIT. I have held a big chunk of my ZIT short for over a year.
5) This is NOT an endorsement of TAVA. IMO it is still significantly overvalued.

BTW, I closed my ACLY short too soon ... for a nice profit also<g>.
Best Regards to All, Bill
