My saga with Penske Auto Service happened 8 months ago, after getting 80% of what I paid for the rims (plus I kept the rims) I felt OK about it, but needless to say I never gave them any business again, and I probably won't ever. Mistakes happen and I am very understanding person, but when I have to twist their arm to fix them, that I can't tolerate and my way of getting even is to never take my business there again.
