OK, I called the company again today at 1:35 pm and the receptionist said the IR line was busy, I asked if the co. was just witholding the info about the x-dividend date and she said that she wasn't sure what they were doing concerning that info, BUT she also stated that tie IR department has been swamped with calls and many of the callers tend to tie up the line for more than 30 minutes at a time, at least when I gave her my name she had my ph# right in front of her on a list,(I didn't have to tell her it).

I would like to make an assumption here that has to do with my Idea that the co. is attempting to keep the bid at $7 for 30 days on TNNS in order to get it listed ($4 minimum bid/30 days).
Do you suppose that Genesis is holding the shares of TNNS until the 30 days has elapsed in order to keep anyone from selling their TNNS shares and possibly dragging the bid below $4? I believe this would be a logical thing to do.

Comfortably long, Jim M Burger

P.S. I doubled my holdings on friday.
