There's been some really weird love/hate goings on between Cyber and its customers; I really don't like Cyber's "know it all" attitude.

Well, not representing Cyber-Corp, I really can't say anything about that. But the software is unparalleled in the current market, and for some of us, that is more important than anything else when using a computer to try to make a living...

Hi jawd,

I think it is called 'in-your-face-marketing' and it goes along with the unsolicited e-mail spam.

A good reason for me to never go with them.

Regards,

John

Hmm, what we need here and on the Cyber thread is someone unbiased who has tried both companies/software, and then would provide an OBJECTIVE report on those two.

I am not using or affiliated with any of the above, but talked to both companies over the phone. Each seems to excell in most areas, but up until a trader puts those two side by side and do the trades and interacts with customer service etc, for some time, we will continue to have this back and forth wording going on.
