If what has been said on this thread is true. Isn't this (Guidi et all) a class action lawsuit ready to happen? If anybody proficient in these matters would reply, I would appreciate it.

Until I see something on the Indo-Pacific web site or in the mail I will assume this is only a rumor--you offer very little substantiation other than "my brother heard...". Since Guidi is the majority shareholder as well as chairman, it makes little sense to me that he would resign to start another company--he has already started enough of them without resigning from the original (Durum, Indo-Pacific, Trans-Orient...).

On the other hand, if Guidi did resign would that be such a bad thing? Unless he quickly dumps all of his shares and depresses the price, I don't think it is.

I think your "brother" should get into another line. Do you guys ever check any of this stuff out or is the Chicken Little routine [the sky is falling, the sky is falling] just more fun. Phone the company, talk to the IR guy, and get your facts straight. Novice investors who can't find thier butts with both hands are amusing, but do get tiresome.
