Sorry about taking a long time to respond. I guess you should never post and then leave for awhile. I posted the satellite image just for the fun of it because it referenced Guanay which is supposed to be close to the mine. Since you asked the question I have been looking at maps to see if I could give you a definite answer, but there are no real good maps that I have been able to find that list Cangalli or specifically the Tipuani river. However... The village of Tipuani is located up the river from Guanay so I make the assumption it is located on the Tipuani river. The river looks like it flows SW to NE. It joins up with the Beni river just north of Guanay and then that river flows NE. The information says that the mine is located at center and lower part of the river So....
After looking at many sqiggley lines on many maps my best guess is the river valley in the lower part of the picture is the valley the Tipuani river flows through and it is flowing from right to left as you look at the picture with the left being NE and the right being SW. The river would join with the Beni just off to the left of the photo.
My theory is that the mining area is in the center to left area of the lower valley. FWIW. This is located around -68 lontitude and -15 30 latitude. I will not stake my life on this but it gives you an idea of the area anyway. As to what is Cangalli I have no idea. And yes, this link is to a public website so, should be no problems. You will have to tell me if I am close after you go there. :)
