notice that gap strategy that you linked is different than the other one from him that I posted

but both were for shorting a gap up

and the time is flexible
anywhere from an hour to an hour and half is what I have seen him post

the strategy I posted from him (after you mentioned it) was successful for today

i wonder if one gives a higher percentage of reliability than the other

there is some kind of
"Clinton Option"
that street is wagering on clinton

i missed the story other than the option was down

darnit....

the street will bet on anything...

a trader told me they use to bet on cockroach races...well that was back when the floor was alot slower than it is now

anyway
had a little conversation with Lastshadow

this link you pointed out is a
MODIFIED gap strategy
Message 4734601
and should be used with discretion
(hmmm I wonder if the second paragraph is a modified modified gap strategy...or maybe something was lost in the translation of our conversation)

you need fast reliable execution and real time quotes
he said he only uses it when he can watch for certain types of action

I think for me ..I would be better of with the straight gap theory with the open being higher than the previous days high..and see what happens with that

less room for error
