Maybe MDCE killed the momentum because they knew someone who was shorting the stock (Zapara?). I doubt this is the case, but it makes me wonder. We've gone down ever since that PR. Who knows?

I got a call from Ed Broady after posting that he denied ever being involved in Alexis. Ed confessed to me that he did in fact work there. I did in fact not pronounce the name properly when asking him.
I just faxed him a copy of the Fax that BDM posted. He has faxed me a statement and gave me permission to post it on Silicon Investor. Here it is:

Jerry,

Thank you for faxing me this memo or whatever computer guys call it - When you called me this am, I thought you asked me if I ever worked for Shapiro at Lexus. I had an appointment out after we spoke and Bob Torres told me a shareholder called and asked him about me and a guy by the name of Zapara at Alexis. I'm no dummy and put two and two together and figured out what you asked me.

To clarify, I actually moved to palm springs to retire and got extremely bored, so a friend of mine asked me if I would like to go help get a company started - so I did, but left after a few months, as did my friend - I did go to Lanzas place for a while after that, until Bob Torres found out I was living here and told me to come on board and look for mergers and acquisitions (my business for 20 years) for a public company of which he was CFO. As you know I just kind of fell into the role of speaking with investors.

So here I am and love every single day - the first thing I brought to MediaConcepts was the Harold Robbins works, But I am aggressively looking for companies to acquire, (if you hear of any in the 3-10 million range, let me know).

By the way, not being a film guy, I just found out that Tango is back in production and has had several shoots, but was interrupted because of other film projects. It will be shooting again in about 45 days. That is a documentary and Robert Duvall has agreed to do a cameo role in it.

As I mentioned two of our other directors are going to Los Angeles tomorrow to hopefully finalize the 3 pic's with Magellan, each with 3-5 Million and MediaConcepts will co-produce and co-venture with Magellan. To answer your question Magellan is not public.

Regards,

ED
