I think OPMC should not be a public company. They will be on the bb for the forseeable future. In the meanwhile, it would be a great way for a private company to back into a public vehicle or for a bigger company to get into the California market. To OPMC's credit, they are making money in the toughest market in the country. If Ed Johnson really wants to boost shareholder value then he will allow companies to make bids for the entire company!
