Deep,

My old friend, the only panic headed this stocks way will be from shareholders not corporate America! I realize the loss announced today has some one time write off's included but be honest folks, even this was beyond your wildest dreams. Give the street a little while to digest these numbers infront of them and see where they set the price.

As Always Im Happy Trading, and hope you are too.

Stan

Deep, thanks for your input. When I first sold ZIT short, I was concerned about Titow, Esping and Chait. I was a little concerned about Brady ... because he is an "IBM fellow" ... an apparently rare distinction. IMO, Chaing is of no concern and King is an asset for short sellers!

With the departures of Titow and now Chait, and the tragic loss of Esping, ZIT looks like an awesome short. BTW, Brady is probably a good technical person, but he described himself very well: He is "always late"!

IMO, a merger would be the ultimate death blow for ZIT. I do not expect a merger, but I do expect a one time write off for the MatriDigm investment in about 18 months<g>.

Regards, Bill
