Helen is six months old today. Her favorite game now is Grab Daddy's Nose. (And twist&yank.) She was at the doctor's yesterday for her shots. She weighs 18 1/2 lbs. and is 28 inches from fuzz to toe. She's sitting up all on her own, and she assumes the crawling position but hasn't really figured out the knee thing yet. She's eating mushy foods like a real champ. Spouse has a good hand with the teeny spoon - I'd say her efficiency is in the 90% range. Both do me proud.
