An e mail I received from Sir Larry(Gene Mack): "I have spoken to MM. I beleive the statement that he is making regarding HK Boner and his identity. I am not discussing the details because it is a legal area. In consideration to MM I am not going to paraphrase what he said (again it is a legal area). BUT I would suggest that the thread simply shut this guy off. The end. He is detrimental to the objective balance that this thread has maintained and is trying to hammer at us (the only CSMA audience available to him) long enough to exact retribution he has no other access to for a deal gone bad. In other words he/they are exactly what the thread is begining to conclude -- crying over spilt milk. Call MM he will be glad to discuss what he can. Or better yet direct Mr./ Mssrs. Boner to Mr. Millis who led me to beleive that he would be more than willing to take Boner on... Actually, we might help Boner by suggesting this directly, we certainly can not help him. Maybe he is just misguided.. If you still beleive that the Boner entity has any credibility ask yourself the following: 1. "What is Boner Doing???" Answer: Slamming CSMA and accusing it of illegal activity regarding certain corporate agreements constructed while swinging the shares that he/it/they own like an ax and threatening proxy votes. 2. "What is the benefit to him???" Answer yourself. 3. "Why, if a legitimate shareholder, would he be coming after Us. Other legitimate shareholders" 4. Simple statement: What a wonderful thing, that this entity has stepped forward to tell us all of the danger involved with our investment. And for nothing in return. Just being a good samaritan. Yeah Right!!!!!!!! Point: If you , Boner are going to sue. Do IT. STOP THREATENING. RELEASE THE HOUNDS as it were Final Point: If your young impressionable children are watching TV at midnight they may see things that will disillusion them. in response you may turn off the TV at 11 and ignore such programming or you may write to your local station saying whatever it is should be removed. This Boner entity is ruining the objective nature of this thread and those that may be willing to listen will not hear anything but this... Why don't you just turn him off.... Sir Larry "

HK, still venting huh. you don't represent LPS, you represent yourself. the agreement was between LPS and csma. where did HKBoner appear on the agreement? if you have an agreement between HKBoner and csma then i'd be glad to see the information. again, the email is ja_iwa@fred.net otherwise your fortune/misfortune is tied to the action of LPS. so quit with the constant hint of legal action. what attorney would touch this one after you've so arrogantly flaunted documents in this forum? talk about naive, right! as for the deal between LPS and csma, that's history - deal with it. and for whatever reasons, i think the decision was an excellent one. regards. now if you have information about when the class v well will become operational - you'll finally have introduced something of value to this thread. <vbg> regards. gary
