I recall reading an SI post that mentioned TCBG would send financial info to NASDAQ on July 31, and on August 31 some other NASDAQ stuff would be filed.

(Sorry about the foggy details. Don't have the time or need to scan back to the post right now.)

The July 31 event may not be newsworthy. Not sure.
