CD is now $ 16.75b. About an hour, or so, ago, management stated that middle management would have their stock options re-priced but that top management won't (about 50 managers).

I think this is one of the most respectful things I've seen a CEO do in a long time.

To me, Mr. Silverman is clearly saying that he and his top me have complete confidence in the company's future, and that stock price will rise more and more as the story clears up.

Again, it is Forbes CUC business that is still causing CD all the problems. HFS has not been found to have accounting problems.

I'm looking for CD to reach $ 20+ before the end of the year, if not before September 1st, but who knows?

The risk is decreasing each day, but as I said before, I think the ideal time to buy was $ 15.00 (well, in the $ 14's if you could have).

Take care !

Add more tangent to this, there is this odd-lot index, which says
that when odd-lot buying exceeds odd-lot selling, its time to maybe
bail out. IMHO, we should also add 1s and 2s too to the odd lot
totals.

What??
