Mike, Maybe not so OT as you think. You are expressing the same concerns many people have about being tracked financially. This has been a fact of life for credit card users since the first plastic electronic card reader was put into service. It bothered me at first, but I got over it along with millions of others. There are too many of us for big brother to watch. Maybe a review of Millicent would be good at this point. I think Millicent would keep track of your spending, but it would not release information on you as an individual to cyber store. I have read about several of these ideas so I could be confused. NW
