I remember reading on the TSIG Stock Profiles page that they were planning to advertise on cable television, but I don't remember reading what stations they'd advertise on. So I consider MTV (and VH1, which has also appeared in previous posts) to be unfounded projections. Stated advertising budgets for Compact Connection are $2 million for 1998 and $5 million for 1999, according to the Stock Profiles page.

EDIT: After reading Zbyte's post, I double-checked and see that he is right. "Our commercials will roll on MTV, VH1 and various cable outlets." It's in the Investor Kit and on the Stock Profiles site.

It's worth bearing in mind that this interview was given April 3, 1998, so it's possible TSIG's marketing strategy has changed in the interim. Nonetheless, MTV and VH1 are at least on the radar screen as potential marketing outlets.

Thanks, Zbyte.
