I wonder who has a "short" position? Look for NETA to cleanup in the Electronic Commerce area. How can you argue with success? Look at NETA's "track record" over time. This is not a stock to "short" at the present time -- imo.

I don't think this is a bad acquisition. Cybermedia have a couple of nice products that will fit in perfectly with their Nuts & Bolts retail product family. Apart from that, Cybermedia has something called 'repair engine', which is designed to assist help desk operators solve problems.

I see little overlap and immediate synergy.

Long on NETA.
