I think Starr should be resign or be fired for his excesses and abuses.
If they want to investigate this matter it should be done discreetly and with good taste rather than risking the health of the Republic on a president's alledged pecadillos. After all, most of them have been caught and at least half of congress could be lynched for the same alledged offense.
