"no finance company will extend any credit to a company they can't
trust to keep a lid on finance covenants"

Never heard of that one, what is the name of the finance company?

"Sambino Brothers (I Break you legs if not paid at 25%)??"

Bluehorse:

<<it is very common for lenders to require that INDEPENDENT surveys be done on energy producing properties.>>

INDEPENDENT means not affiliated with the ENERGY company. Also, just because two companies have worked together (yet financially separate) on two distinct phases of the same project in the past, does not by any means suggest they are affiliated.

Also, before you start throwing allegations around again, let us know exactly the identity of the supposed lenders to which you are referring and how exactly you would have access to MTEI's specific lending provisions. Or are you just SPECULATING. If you are SPECULATING then you should say so or your statements may be considered misleading at a minimum.

for instance this one:

<<...but MTEI should NOT have made this public by covenants of a financing agreement with local sources...>>

Speculation or a statement of fact for which you can provide the specific references to MTEI's terms (if there are any lenders that is)?

Eric (sound like more of the same to me)

<<<point is this... mtei has technically violated certain provisions to gain access to the capital
required to develop their properties... if the lenders so desire they can withdraw from
negotiations and leave mtei without the much needed capital to develop mineral
deposits... it is very common for lenders to require that INDEPENDENT surveys be
done on energy producing properties.... mtei may have tainted the waters of
independence by announcing to the world who is doing the surveys... no finance
company will extend any credit to a company they can't trust to keep a lid on finance
covenants >>>

blue,
I think you are a fraud. You would have to have access to MTEI's
financial documents to make this assertion. Secondly you have
misinterpreted INDEPENDENT to mean independent from each
other instead of correctly, independent from MTEI. And "may
have tainted", that says you haven't read the documents. And
"keep a lid on", what in the world could that mean? Interesting collection
of misinformation and innuendo. Anyone see an agenda?
