The problem is and remains bad management.

The little bit of extra value they got by cooking the books in USRX merger has come bask to roost on we the shareholders many times over.

What do you want to bet management reprices its options if it hasn't done so already. I wonder if they will reprice my purchase price.

How many down days in a row is this for 3com? Have they gone up at all since they day they announced earnings??
