Don - Yes, the tendency lately has been to uphold the law in favor of the tobacco industry. The question here was never the Law, but GREED and Liberal Corporate Hostility and Lies. The warning label that cigarettes may cause cancer has been on the pack since the 60's. Many people, including myself, have quit smoking. It is not hard to do if you make up your mind to do so. Personally, I find all the arguments against the tobacco industry to be a pack of lies! What bothers me most these days is how the Gov't views the tobacco farmer. In my view, it is an honest legal hard working profession. I think people should be held responsible for their actions and they should stop blaming the tobacco companies for the unfortunate- sometimes, tragic consequences. It is refreshing to see a semblance of sanity and common sense come into play in some of the most recent court decisions.

Go BIG MO!
