MoneyGuild Inc.-- OTC:(MYGD) 6Million outstanding 650,000 shares in the float MoneyGuild is a recently aquired shell as of Feb. 1998 The company currently owns 20,000 Hectares in Venezuela and are working with a major lumber co. of Dallas to deforest the property which contains seventeen different types of exotic hardwoods. After deforestation, Sales from the timber will begin thereafter. Revenues received from the timber sales will then be used to fund MoneyGuild's gold exploration projects of which to date 600,000 Au have been proven. The geologist for this project is none other than REX PEG. Other points of interest, the company will be featured on the Elliot Pearson radio show this Friday, also the company plans to file with the SEC within the next 6weeks.
