I think their shares out are about 150-160 million. This is WAY too
large. A 1-4 or 1-5 reverse split with no further dilution is
necessary for this stock to get any respect at all. (imo).

NCTI's profile in Yahoo shows 135MM shares O/S and their S3 filing reveals another 47MM shares being issued/converted. This will eventually add up to a total of at least 180MM shares. Also if the bid-price stays below $1 for a period of 3 months or more then NCTI would be breaching Nasdaq's listing requirement and will be delisted.

Under such circumstances your wish for a reverse split will surely be granted before too long! For your information a reverse always impact negatively a stock's price unless it is a strong company with positive earnings.
