The potential bad news that I can see is the announcement of a SEC investigation, or that Forbes is not being booted out the door. Investigations are always bad because it adds an air of uncertainty. The potential good news I see is: * The final audit comes out * Earnings are good, maybe even better this quarter than expected * Earnings are great in the 3 & 4 Q, especially year to year * CD makes clear how it will do ABI purchase * CD might announce a share buyback * CD might announce it will pay cash for ABI * CD might announce that it is selling certain assets * CD might announce that Forbes is going * CD cleans out any Forbes friends The good news, as I see, outweighs the bad.
