I'm going to venture a WAG.
Seems to me that the acquisition of the West Virginia
Property was the event that allowed this company to
come into being. Since then they have been screening
a lot of potential properties for their ability to
make money for the company. This may not be their
first purchase but as it is their first announced
purchase I'll bet that this is "One damned good asset"
I'm looking for many more.
