DELL price

can anyone explain what happened to the DELL price? At about 15 minutes to closing, I showed it up about 1/2, then 15 minutes later it closed down 2+, near its low for the day????

Was that window dressing, or were there some large pieces moved to do that?

regards, 3.

Jim, Starr is threatening to prosecute those who won't testify. The choice is theirs. If he didn't have indictable evidence, then why is everyone trying to cut deals with him?

Why is everyone in denial about this? Why is everyone attacking Starr? Starr isn't the one that has lapses of judgement, integrity, ethics, and respect for the rule of law.

I wouldn't debate you about Congressional Members. I agree about the degree of bad apples there too. So what you're saying is that we shouldn't ever prosecute offenses? Or just certain offenses? Well which ones? Should we just start over and throw out all of the laws that aren't "serious" crimes? Maybe only politicians should be exempt from the laws?

As for Miss Lewinsky, Mr. Starr must have something on her. Why else would she need a deal? The truth shall set you free. Well apparently it will, thanks to immunity from prosecution for perjury.

Jim I agree. The odd part of all of this is that historically, the grand jury system was set up to protect citizens against overly zealous government prosecutors. What happened to Susan MacDougal is an outrage. This woman was jailed because she refused to tell Starr what he wanted to hear.
