when is the last time you heard of the USGS performing surveys on private or commercial properties? doesn't happen... why? do you want the federal gov't telling you how much or little minerals may or may not be located on your properties? properties off of which the states derive tax revenues... or for that matter would you want the state assessing mineral deposits? neither the USGS or WVGES assess the extent of mineral deposits on private or commercial lands... they just keep the records.

Hey Eric,

Little Engine had the same problem with identifying what was published in Black and White. Do you think he and Mr. Ed are related, or perhaps just had way too much of some substance when they were younger?
