After using "freeEDGAR" for hours to find info on TNNS to no avail, I emailed them and asked for help. Within minutes I got an email back. The lady acknowledged that GNNS was an otc-bb registered company, but had not filed electronically, so they had no info on them. She implied it was unusual not to file electronically. I still think the rules to be listed require the stock to be TRADED over $4.00, not just bid. Perhaps someone has a definitive answer on this. My broker was not sure.

Terrible trading today....11,500 shares. Jim. hope you can shed some light when (and if) you get that call.

Oh yes, isn't it funny how all the rumors are being thrown around by a bunch of "free trial" SI members. Isn't it funny that most of the real GNNX investors don't even bother to post to this thread anymore. This thread is probably full of one or two people posting to themselves under different names. What happened to charger? What happened to SuperCharged? What happened to the "$1.50 by next week" guy? Wasn't he a trial member to?

I think this stock stinks real bad and I'll hang around for a good long time trying to dig up proof that it is rotten to the core. Until then it is only my opinion based on what I have seen take place. It's a hobby for me. I learn a lot by looking for the "trick or treat" stocks of Nasdaq. It's very educational.

If you have wonderful information that can be backed up by audited financials or at least verifiable contracts with somebody other than Elvis's Hair Dresser...feel free to change my mind.

Cheers!

Thanks, Jim.
I guess everyone is in the same boat, to speak. This company,I believe has some good earnings potential. I personally like Jimi Hendrix myself. My farts have more substance than Mr. Sawyer.
#1 I do some fishing up on the U. P. near Spalding.
#2 I've been a lurker for along time, and I like level headed folks.
#3 We are all making long bets here, and assumptions. These folks in charge are prior Military and Coasties, I assume they have the same core values as myself and will not bend other folks over. If I was holding some part in 9.2 mil shares of some company, I would be out on the street corner trying to increase my value.
Zach..
