Sounds good to me, but has anyone heard what is going to happen with the shares???? Are we going to be given shares of Tanner's stock in exchange for ours? If so what number and what do they trade at?? I have seen the 35% of the merger company will be controlled by the current ROTI shareholders but how is that ot be reflected? Does that include fully diluted ROTIP and other preferred shares? Too many questions I don't know the answer for to get too excited just yet. Any help would be appreciated. By the way thanks for all the info on this thread so far.
