API comparison:

Oil:
expected:-1.64M, actual:-0.83M

Gas:
expected:-1.19M, actual:-0.538M

Dist:
expected:+0.9M, actual:+2.31M (ouch)

Crude down 0.12 at 5:40pm.

The survey shows such a wide swing in expectations, that the expected average isn't that accurate.
