"Has anyone even done any real DD on this turkey?" I've been asking this question for some time now. And the only answer that I get is "flame attacks".... Well, let me ask my set of questions again.... 1. What is the purported nature of the possible relationship between GLOW and Dominica? 2. What "value-add" is GLOW bringing to the venture? What services will it purportedly provide to the venture? 3. What capabilities does GLOW need to carry out these services? Does GLOW have these capabilities now? 4. What are the financial resources currently available to GLOW, and are they adequate to fund this effort? 5. Why is the Government of Dominica dealing with GLOW when it appears that there are intermediaries on Dominica which are in the business of setting up virtual casinos on the island?
