Now a big question for the next c.c.. Exactly what are those "certain milestones?" Bottom Line? NOW we can consider the manufacturing potential, heh! Clearly the next step is getting OEM acceptance testing positively announced(if not p.o.'s). This next step is logical to assume since I cannot imagine financing could have been secured without some sort of "warm & fuzzy" along those lines from VLNC, eh?
