Now everyone may be asking themselves, "Say, just WHO is Castle Rock Partners?" Those folks whose affiliate has just scarfed down $7.5 Million of Preferred with promises of $7.5 Million more if milestones are met. Well....at least I thought this, heh! Here's what I've found so far, and clearly these boys & girls are connected, and they like working with Credit Suisse First Boston. 1. $16 Million to Secure Computing. This is partnership with a Credit Suisse affiliate. See corporatewindow.com 2. $50 Million to Informix. Once again another partnership with Credit Suisse. See techweb2.web.cerf.net 3. Finally, a general banking "link-up" out west. See: frbsf.org And this is all I've found for starters!! Meanwhile I'll try to crunch some numbers but I'll be the first to admit I ain't no bean counter, so all input is of value. Need I say this? YEEEEE HAAAWWWW!! John~
