Hi Guys: Bit of deja vu here. I have no problem with this company needing to raise cash but I too am tired of watching the shareprice lanquish and this is hardly the high-profile publicity we needed.
Remember on Sept. 26 they announced that they had entered into a Bought Deal Agreement with Yorkton Securities Inc., and First Marathon Securities Inc. in connection with the issue and sale of 6,335,000 Special Warrants at a price of $1.50 per special Warrant for gross proceeds of $9,502,500. Each Special Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire, for no additional consideration, one unit consisting of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant of Internet Liquidators.
Each whole warrant will be exercisable to acquire one common share at a price of $1.65 per share for a period expiring on the date that is fifteen months following closing of the offering.

Since then, we've seen shareprices near $ 4.

However, I admit I'm confused. This Sept. release & today's release both use the word warrant and special warrant, etc. Is the outcome of today's announcement that since last September the best deal the company could negotiate was an decrease of 10 cents per warrant?
And who got the $ 700,000.? And why?

Sorry if I've confused anybody else with this post.
Anyone care to clarify. And, by the way, last week I was advised that Paul Godin was out of the country until Aug. 5th.

Still think Bid.com is becoming a valuable asset but I'm tired watching shares being sold at discounts.
