Notredame -- The question was accountability for P&L and he said there was only one level of accountability --- "at my level." Product groups were responsible for product development but PL "is at the top." Incidentally, Alan is a class act. When appropriate, he turned questions over to Marshall, Lewis, or Arsenault, but never let go of the reins completely. There wasn't a moment's doubt who was at the helm. When he had to tell someone his or her question was inappropriate, it made you realize he could fire you and you'd probably leave the room thanking him. Later -- Pat
