Maybe you should take the time to read the disclaimer. Thanks for bringing it up.

It looks like it is being added to thread that discuss "small cap", "micro cap" or "penny" stocks. In my opinion it was a smart move by SI.

Robwin, be advised, continued posting of the same message is considered "spamming" by SI, and can get you suspended from posting.

Anyway, I doubt that the P and D crowd will deterred by such warnings.

The fact is, unless you do a criminal background investigation on all the major players of a company, the only thing you can do is believe or not believe the press releases. It does not matter if a company is on the nyse or bb, the possibility of fraud is always there when money is involved.
