SRCM IMO will be BK within 18 months unless they can sucker someone to give them more money. SRCM files S3 for shareholder sale of 4.8 million shares. freeedgar.com

Nice job on the SRCM conference call. It is interesting that they made no comments about the quarterly results. Last quarter they frequently cited how they were very comfortable with analyst estimates. Considering that they partially achieved their results with an increased share count (to dilute losses) and low revenues and exploding receivables, maybe this is the quarter the IT network is exposed as the crappy business it is. Maybe I am letting my hopes get too high, but it is nice to see justice prevail every once in a while. Regards, Archer
