I had a long talk with Jack Arnold today. It was not a screaming match or anything like that, we got down to business and started going over ways to start turning CVIA around, and we both agreed that getting the stock holders some relief was on top of the list of priorities. ** I have not changed my position or mind on the proxy vote or anything else. I simply want to make an unbiased and objective report to you guys and let you decide for yourself. 1. The Reg S is dead, I think that 100,000 trade was just MMs cross trading albiet it was one huge cross trade. Jack said he wasnt aware of any one individual owning that much stock. 2. The WOTD merger is dead. From this point he is interested in pursuing other mergers, we discussed various ideas and merger candidates that have directly contacted me. Jack seemed to really be interested in either pursuing some of these mergers or looking at the plans for CVIA to do it themselves. 3. Jack agreed that we need to re-establish the investor base, along with getting some equity back to you guys. We discussed some of my ideas and his, so it appears he is serious about this also. 4. We are going to try and have a BoD meeting sometime before Sunday. This is about all I can post without getting into that insider info grey area. If any of you guys want I would highly recommend you call or talk to Jack about his thoughts and various other ideas. As for myself I am trying very hard to keep my word on what I told you I would attempt to do for the share holders. KAA
