Ok ... When I did the original DD, Jack stated he was doing an acquistion and he was going forward. After everyone and their brother had bought in I had a confernece call from Jim and Dog. I did a call to Jack with the three of us on conferenced in and we were told a story. Then after reading the thread I called Jim and we were discussing the thread's tempo so he and I called and Jack stated what Jim stated ... the the thread went positive and then negative then he and I called again and the vagueness hit. We hung decided a reverse was coming so I personally got out because I did not think the convertible debenture was going to be bought back. Simple as that ... If the variables and the information change I make my trading decision based on that. Hope that helps. GB
