This new Equity financing is simply a secondary stock offering as far as I can tell.

My guess is that a fair amount of stock dilution just occurred and so the stock will tend downward. At this point, I don't even see support at $5.

Only thing I can see is management in a lot of companies are looking to create a bear market it seems to be wider spread than appears.
