Gina, re:September quarter being a disaster. 1) Currently the analyst EPS estimates are $0.21 for September (Zacks). 2) Here is my proforma for the current quarter (showing approx. $0.08): exchange2000.com 3) In September, TAVA will be paying taxes (ouch)! Investors frequently overlook this minor annoyance ... 4) Using a similar proforma analysis (estimating Y2K revenues at about $15M for the September quarter and paying taxes on much of their profits) I get EPS of $0.12. A major disappointment. BTW, cash flow is more important and IMO this will remain strongly negative. Regards, Bill
