AND this is assuming that market conditions are OK. If market gets some confidence again, then we'll stay at around 27-30 range. Without a confident market, we are left to dangle. Also, in the "big contract" department, I'm wondering if all this telecommunications action will some how bring some work to COMS...and also pump up the market again. The Telebras privatization (tomorrow) may "create" something. Plus these telecom mergers are moving faster and faster. Also, LU will soon choose an acquisition and stir up the pot some more. Hopefully COMS will have some place in all this activity that IMO will start heating up in the fall.
