Hi Ken, Don't know if anyone has upgraded to Win98 yet but for anyone who has upgraded, the QP2 daily download can be automated as follows: 1) Go to Start-Programs-Accessories-System Tools-and click on "Scheduled Tasks" 2) Double-click on "Add Scheduled Task" 3) Click "Next" 4) Click "Browse" 5) Find the Directory for your QP2 Programs (i.e. QP2prog) 6) Locate and select the program "QP_NET.exe" 7) Click "Open" 8) Select "Daily" 9) Click "Next" 10)Set your time, etc. to download 11)Click "Next" 12)Select "Open Advanced Properties for this task when I click finish" 13)Click "Finish" 14)When the Advanced Properties Screen appears you will see a path to the program that launches Downloader (mine looks like this ....C:\QP2prog\QP_NET.exe) 15)Add "space /go" to the end of the command line (mine looks like this ....C:\QP2prog\QP_NET.exe /go) Now you are ready but you must be sure that your Internet Connection (I use MSN) is set to "Automatically Continue". On MSN dial up screen there is a box to check. Don't know about other dial up connections but I am sure someone here can help with that. Here is how my MSN command line appears for automatic continue...... "C:\Program Files\ONMSN\MSNDC.EXE" -c Haven't tried it yet but I would bet you could set up your scans the same way after the download. Don't know but Sean's batch files might work great in conjunction with the new Win98 Scheduled Task Wizard. Monty
