You are right, OAKT is trading below its cash value now. But the problems are, first, burning cash as times goes by like this (somebody already mentioned); secondly, the shareholder law suit is still not settled. They might lose some cash there. If you are a risk taker and believe OAK might succeed in one of their future products, now it's a good buy. But still need a strong stomach just in case no product will succeed and the name of OAK might just disappear like Tseng Lab did recently.
