What in the world is going on? Leave town for a few days and come back to all of this. Read all the latest posts. Seems as though Mr Yarmac has found and opened a lot of cans of worms with this company. Sounds as though an investigation is in order to determine the facts and file any criminal charges if needed. Christine, thanks for all you have done to keep us updated on the latest. You are not the only one who has lost money due to the PR from the old management. I have also, and what's bad is that I should have known better being experienced with dealing with this type of company and knowing the oil industry. This is the type of situation that gives people a bad impression of the oil industry.

I'm curious. Why haven't I seen any post from Steve on this matter after all this new information broke. If what Omar states is true about the chapter 11, it might be the only feasible way to save the company from total liquidation based on what the old management has done to this company. Mr Yarmac will have his hands full for quite some time trying to figure out where everything has disappeared to and who is responsible for this mess. Yes, I believe the oil is in the ground, this is why Mr Yarmac bought controlling interest. But it will make you no money if it is not in the tanks.

Well, I believe there are going to be better days ahead for this company as soon as everything is discovered and properly dealt with on the management side. Then the focus on production can begin which is supposed to be the original intent of any production company. My hat is off to you Mr Yarmac.
