Rob, I am glad that you are acknowledging the immensity of what our diligence has unearthed. S.I. is a playground for this group, but what they are doing is not play. I refer you again the ASTG thread and Messrs. Lanza and Brody. Ed Brody attempted to get us to buy a large position in MGMT, which has since changed names to Mako Capital (MAKO). In the process he grilled us intensely about the role that S.I. played in the decisions of investors to buy or sell stocks. A people search yielded a 'Chief Brody', this may be the same guy....perhaps shorting and bashing on S.I., perhaps not. C. Alexis Intl.-Mike Zapara consisted of: Michael Zapara(74900 Hwy. 111 Suite 123 Indian Wells, Ca 92210)(Jim Grant)(Harry Hanna)(Ed Brody)(Jim Bradley) 1/2/97 Alexis- San Diego (619)773-9227 4/8/97 Alexis (760)773-9227, notice Brody and Bradley, two figures familiar to RMIL shareholders. Now there was a post on the ASTG board from Evan Sterling (Jayne Lanza , Joe Lanza's wife) Sterling stated on the ASTG thread that Evan Sterling is her brother. In the post, Sterling says that'Nicko' posted on another thread on the very same date, (March 4th 1988) , about another Palm Springs, Calif. co. where Brody was the I.R. person. It turns out that the thread was the MDCE thread! Post: -------------------------------- To: J.R. (1914 ) From: Jerry Thibeau Thursday, Jul 23 1998 12:43PM ET Reply #1915 of 1918 The latest from Ed Broady... They expect the 97 financials in hand by the end of next week with a release the first week in August. I know this sounds like a broken record, but from the tone in Ed's voice I believe him. Here's the good part: MDCE has a verbal agreement with MAGELLAN to co-produce and venture three new movies. Each movie will cost between 5-10 million and they will be marketed as a big screen movies. MDCE and MAGELLAN will split any profits 50/50. James Garner, Drew Barrymore and Nick Notle are the big name actors slated for these movies (indiviually I believe). Ed anticipates that the contract will be inked next week. I cant believe that Ed would tell me about this if it wasn't going to happen soon. Has anyone got any info on MAGELLAN? I'll do some research myself. If one of these movies turns out to be a hit we're talking some big profits for our 8 cent stock. Of course big profits are two or more years away, but maybe we'll see a little positive movement from our sour apple. Also the gravel pit deal is looking real good. If all goes to plan I think we'll be back in the high teens to low twenties by the first or second week in August. At these prices I think it's time to step up to the pump and take a deeper plunge into MDCE. I'll be taking a chance, but I don't see it going any lower. Somebody might want to call Ed (BRODY) and find out more about MAGELLAN. Case number: EDCV-97-300 RT (VAPx).-------- --------------------------------- Remember that Lanza, who at first claimed he never met Dempsey Mork, slipped up one day and stated he hadn't seen Mork "in a while". Also consider that Mork and Zapara shared adjoining suites (C. Alexis Intl.-Mike Zapara consisted of: Michael Zapara,74900 Hwy. 111 Suite 123 Indian Wells, Ca 92210), and the staff at Indian Wells was as follows; Jim Grant, Harry Hanna, Ed Brody & Jim Bradley. Once this relationship is fully understood, we can move on to the more familar faces on the RMIL & TVSI threads. Everything derives from this nucleus. I will expound further tommorow. Good Evening RBM
