jack, VLAD did NOT forget to buy tickets! VLAD is currently communicating to you from the air show in Oshkosh Wisconsin. Looks like Vivus continues to bleed today. There has been no volume in Vivus over the past week so I don't think the price movement has much significance except maybe as one last desperate attempt for the weak shareholders to give away their shares. Still long and expecting the buy out no later than by Q3 earnings announcement. What's another 2 months? I've been waiting for 7 months so another 2 won't kill me.
