Mr. Silverman is suspect in the way he looks out for his interest vs. the shareholder. Mr. Silverman should be watched with a microscope to make sure he doesn't play more of the games that he used to manipulate himself into a 10 percent ownership position. If you are long (as I am), watch him like a hawk.
