According to this quarter's Financials, the total share issued is greater than the total share outstanding by approx 1.5M shares.

What the implication? issued VS outstanding?

My memory on this is pretty unreliable but it was a question that was brought up during the cc - I think it was due to the recent acquisitions. They probably have to wait 60-90 days from closing. The company has been vague about the float, either because they just haven't tracked the details or don't want to make it easy to get at for some reason - probably just not tracking closely.
