John <<Not a poor strategy at all considering the lack of gumption in management.>> I think that it is a very poor strategy. to tell someone to wait and see if the other guy goes broke a year from now, with no guarantee or even any ability to properly forcast that is horrible decision making. Especially when you consider that ledoux will have this cloud hanging over their head as well for the entire year. for a company thats' main assets is its reputation, that is a horrible predicament. mark
